Commercial wiring is most often constructed with higher capacity wiring and more rugged devices than residential structures. We recommend expanding on that approach. It is more cost-effective to purchase a quality installation than to suffer business interruption due to equipment failure.
Safety
Most area municipalities require commercial occupancies to have emergency and exit lighting. In mixed use structures (where a residence is located in the same building as a commercial space), codes often require that the commercial space be covered by a fire detection system to alert all building occupants of a fire hazard.
